The bathroom and kitchen are the most plumbing-intensive rooms in any property. Hot and cold water supply pipes, drain lines, heating connections, and appliance hook-ups all intersect in these two spaces — and a single installation error can create months of problems. Whether you need a full pipe replacement in an older Antalya apartment, a complete sanitaryware fit-out in a new villa in Döşemealtı, or a single appliance connection in Lara, Tesisat Antalya covers all bathroom and kitchen plumbing work across all Antalya districts. The water supply backbone of any bathroom is its hot and cold distribution pipework. In older Antalya buildings — particularly in Kepez, Kaleiçi, and early Konyaaltı developments — galvanised steel pipes are the norm. Antalya's hard, calcium-rich water deposits limescale on the inner wall over the years, progressively narrowing the bore until pressure drops noticeably. Salt air from the sea accelerates external corrosion. Replacing these lines with PPR (polypropylene) pipe eliminates limescale accumulation permanently: PPR does not calcify, does not corrode, and carries a 50+ year service life. We run new pipe behind the wall surface with minimal tile or plaster disruption.
The bathroom drain collects waste water from basin, shower tray, bath, and WC and channels it to the building's main stack. In older properties these lines are often undersized, incorrectly graded, or calcified. Replacing them with new PVC drain pipe at the correct fall gradient permanently removes the risk of recurring blockages and drain odour.
Wall-hung, countertop, under-counter, and monobloc basins are all fitted. The angle valve, flexible supply hoses, and trap beneath the basin are installed or replaced at the same time. Wall fixings are specified for the wall type (concrete, brick, or plasterboard) to ensure long-term stability.
Square, rectangular, and pentagonal profile shower enclosures are fitted. Surface-mounted shower mixer connections are made directly to the wall supply pipes. Concealed (recessed) shower systems — common in newer Konyaaltı and Lara apartments — require a recessed body (in-wall box) to be fitted before plastering; we handle this slab-stage installation as well as the later trim-plate finish. Thermostatic cartridge pre-set and temperature lock calibration is carried out on handover.
Floor-mounted and wall-hung WC pans are fitted. For wall-hung WCs, the concealed cistern module is mounted to an independent steel frame — no load-bearing wall required. Plasterboard cladding and flush plate installation complete the unit. We work with Geberit, TECEbase, and Grohe Rapid SL modules.
Freestanding, recessed, and corner baths are installed and connected. Whirlpool systems require motor, water supply, and air jet line connections; electrical connection and testing are coordinated as part of the installation.
Stainless steel, granite composite, and ceramic sinks are set into the worktop cutout and sealed with silicone. Trap, waste, and flexible supply connections are made underneath; flexible hose age is checked and replaced if needed.
Appliance inlet hoses are connected to a new angle valve on the supply line; drain hoses are routed to the sink trap or a dedicated wall waste outlet. Pressure and leak test before handover.
Antalya's water is among the hardest in Turkey. An under-sink reverse osmosis or filter system improves drinking water quality and — critically — protects kitchen appliances and mixer taps from accelerated limescale wear. The purification unit is mounted inside the cabinet; a separate slimline tap is fitted to the worktop for purified water output.
Sink waste, dishwasher waste, and washing machine waste are routed to a central drain connection. In older buildings where the existing waste pipe is undersized or prone to blockage, new PVC drain pipe is fitted.
